I purchased my vornado air cleaner a couple years back and I just can't say enough good about it! I have a shop in our home and do stained glass. I also have allergies. This air cleaner not only helps my allergies, it also cleans the odors and chemical particles from the air for a safer work environment. I have just had to buy replacement filters and my hepa filter is still good so it isn't costly to run continally. Can't say enough good about this product! :o)

I just purchased all three Vornado HEPA filters: the AQS15, 25, and 35. The AQS15 is way too loud, but I can find no fault with either the AQS25 or AQS35. Nice design, *very* quiet operation. Unlike other HEPA air filter machines, this one is easy to clean and maintain. If I ever need another HEPA filter, I would not hesitate to buy this machine again.

Of the three Vornado HEPA filters, the AQS25 is the most quiet. On the lowest setting, it is barely audible. It is just a little smaller than the biggest Vornado, the AQS35, but it is much less expensive. I think that makes it the best buy for the money. I am very pleased with this machine.

As a year-round allergy sufferer, I have to say that the AQS25 is a lifesaver! It really does take all of the dust, pollen, etc. out of the air. Just check out the filter after a few weeks and you will know it works :)

I am a big admirer of Vornado products. We have many of their fans and have gotten years of great service out of their products.

I thought I would try their air purifier since I was so happy with their other products. I especially like the fact that their products are made in the USA and they offer great warranty service.

After a long wait, the purifier arrived. It set up quickly but I was a little surprised at how flimsy the case was. It opened with the smallest touch. Rubberbands are used to keep the filter in place which didn't seem like a good idea since rubber ages so quickly.

After one day of use, the purifier started giving off a horrible smell. The entire room began to smell of mildew. I am not sure if this was due to how the product was stored in the warehouse but the odor would not go away.

Vornado tried to help but I ended up returning the product and buying a Hunter air cleaner.

This is a great machine that does what its meant to do (cleans the air) and has not failed me in 10 years! We have a wood stove and and unvented kitchen stove and it takes all the smoke and cooking smells away, and quickly!

Refurbished unit just as good as brand new. Same 5 yr warranty as new. Package arrived in just 2 days. Have it on in the bedroom, can watch televison with the AQS25 unit on, no problem. Saved about [money] bucks and used savings on something else.

I read the reviews and decided this was the best purifier for the price, received it in two days, hooked it up and it stopped working overnight. Not worth the headache.
