I was very disappointed when I got this fan. The picture shows a shiny green fan. The description also states that it's available in green. It didn't say anything about charcoal gray even being an option. Highly misleading. While the color doesn't affect the function, I paid more for a certain look. The rest of my house if from this period and in the green. As the bases look distinctly different in color it's clearly not a problem with the monitor not being accurate. Again, very disappointing. I will not order again without the color and other specifications being listed. If you are buying this because of the shiny green color, don't.

After my sister admired my vintage green Vornado fan, I ordered one for her. She received the fan and thanked me, but when I visited her the fan was not green. She was using the fan and had thrown away the packaging.

The green color was in the photo of the fan and in the description. When I returned to your website to check, I discovered that at least one other customer had complained of this same problem before my order was placed.

If the color matters to you, do not order from this site.
