Disappointing size & quality,

When I received this item I was surprised at how tiny it was. I guess I didn't read the size specs for it because I thought it would be something I could hand over my dining room table. Instead, I hung it outside where it looks nice, but it wasn't really what I wanted. Save your money unless you like "small" things.
