I am Irish, and I'm getting married in December 2000. I bought "The Vow" for an addition to my wedding music. After listening to this CD, I will now have most of the tracks played at the wedding. It is the most romantic celtic serenade I have ever heard. It's peaceful, joyful, and somewhat mystical. This is an Irish must for anyone who wants to hear a piece of the past. I will buy more from Druidstone.

I was hesitant to purchase this CD, because I've purchased other CDs containing Irish wedding music in the past, and was very disappointed. As soon as I played the first song, I could tell that this was exactly what I've been looking for. I plan to use much of this music in my wedding, instead of hiring musicians. If you're looking for music for an Irish wedding, you won't be disappointed in this CD.

My fiance and I are getting married in Scotland, and were looking for background music to play at the reception, and on our video tape. Once we heard this CD, we knew it was the one! "Fig for a Kiss" is by far our favorite on this CD.

I don't understand why I spaced and didn't review this sooner... For our outdoor garden wedding two years ago, we used the "Processional" song for (what else?) our wedding processional -- it was so perfect -- and "Haste to the Wedding" as our recessional. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this CD and still play it just because. I also recommend it to people who are looking for something other than the traditional classical music for their wedding. I'd give it six stars if I could...
edited to add: my baby also loves to fall asleep to this CD, the music is really very soothing as well as beautiful.

I purchased this CD for my daughter to review the music and choose Celtic songs for her wedding. She loves the music and is enchanted with Celtic music. The Cd was delivered in a timely manner and is of excellent quality.

We were planning an outdoor wedding with a Celtic/mystic/medieval feel, and I was desperately searching for the "right" processional music. I bought this CD on a whim, and wasn't sure what I'd find. What a lovely surprise!! I walked down the aisle to "Believe Me" -- not your traditional fanfare-style processional, but lovely, subdued and quaint. We used a few other pieces from this album for prelude and background music, as well.

Now, 3 years after our wedding, I still pull out this CD just to listen to lovely Celtic melodies.
