amazon mp3 delivery is sooooo bad, February 7, 2012
This album is awesome. I heard it already. I wanted to do the right thing and purchase the album especially seeing as how it comes with the 16:00 movie coloration. Unfortunately, trying to buy it was more frustrating than anything I have come across in recent memory. I use firefox as my browser, and was made to download an "album downloader" which opened up an Explorer browser by default. 1 hurdle. I had to look up my password since its saved on my firefox browser in order to enter it in IE. 2 hurdles. The album never downloaded, just some free single from Air, even though I DEFINITELY was on the album page and clicked to purchase the 3.99 digital download. 3 hurdles. I called customer service to see if they could sort it out. The person spoke broken English and could not figure anything out. 4 hurdles. I am writing this review to say that the album is great if you don't mind possibly jumping over numerous hurdles to get it. Thanks Amazon for reminding me that getting things illegally is MUCH easier than actually paying for them. Feel free to comment on this post with your nay saying. I know how to operate the internet. Never again will I attempt to purchase music from Amazon.
