Avoid Voyetra Like the Plague!,
By William F. Crowell "disgruntled Voyetra customer" (Placerville, California) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Voyetra Teach Me Piano Deluxe w/ Free Pocket Chord Dictionary and Picks! (CD-ROM)
Voyetra is a terrible company to deal with!! T.M. Piano has very specific hardware requirements, and Voyetra will absolutely NOT help you figure out what components will satisfy those requirements. They refuse to list sound cards and MIDI keyboards that will enable the program to run properly, and when you try to ask them what hardware you can purchase, they refuse to tell you. And when you purchase hardware which will supposedly satisfy the program's requirements, Voyetra tells you it won't work. It is therefore a complete mystery to me how a customer can possibly determine what hardware to use. Save yourself the frustration and deal with a company that will actually give you proper customer service instead.

excellent for beginner,

The software is easy to install, and works perfectly with Yamaha PSR295 via USB. The lessons are clear and progressive. The program can rate your playing. It is better than a teacher.
