I received this for my baby shower, my son is now 15 months old and this is still his favorite toy. When he got sick and was stuck in the hospital, this was the only thing that would calm him down at night. He can sit and flip the pages and press the buttons for hours and be entertained. For a child that is contantly on the move, that's saying something. I wish he had more toys like this! It talks, it sings, it lights up... What more can a child ask for?

I bought this for my 15 month old daughter for Christmas last year. She still loves this toy. I bought one for my niece for her first birthday since my daughter loves hers so much. As for durability, our dog tried to chew it, but wasn't able to do much besides a couple of marks.

I would have rated this book 5 star; however, when we received it my grand-daughter wanted to play with it right away. She was unable to do so, because the batteries in it were dead. It needed 2 AAA batteries. Once we got that taken care of it was fun and games! Great for our 20 month old. Hope she continues to play with it for a long time to come.

This book arrived with a dead battery. Replaced the battery and the sound went in and out in volume for a while before dying after a few days. Now cannot get it to work. Weak.

We were really excited to receive this toy. We have other electronic books and I thought the Winnie the Pooh theme would be a real hit with my kids. I am not sure if we got a lemon, but it became indecipherable within an hour of play. It mumbles, but you cannot make out words or voices. The Fisher Price versions on this toy are much more durable and of a better quality. I am sadly disappointed with this toy.

My 9 month old daughter loves this book and she has for months. She loves the activities on each page and the songs. I often find myself singing "a sunny funny storybook, such a wonderful place to look, we'll play and learn with all our friends, and hope the fun never ends!"

I purchased this for my grandson's first birthday. He loves the music and the lights, though he is not quite able yet to manipulate turning the pages as they are made of a heavy, hard plastic. As his fine motor skills improve, I think this problem will be solved.

My 11.5 month old son hates the car, but not when I put this book in his hands! I am very grateful for this toy and looking for something similar to give him for his birthday, so we can switch them from time to time. We bought it for him when he was 10 months old, because we knew we had a long car ride ahead of us and for the first time he was completely intrigued and happy the whole way. He didn't have it all this last week. When he saw it today he was so excited to get his hands on it and actually got mad when we got to our destination too soon. He wanted to keep playing with it. It's educational, but I don't think he'd learn a lot from it on his own, just listening/using it, but I try to extend some possible learning from it. By using the vocab that it teaches and phrases it says when we're playing with his other toys or around the house. In this way I think he could really learn something from it.

Fun Book with more stuff to move around than any other books i've ever seen. Seems to eat batteries very quickly. Our first book broke within a week. Vtech replaced it and Second book it still around but batteries always seem to die within a few weeks.
