I'm very sorry to say this, since my guess is (or at least my hope is) that the proceeds from this book go toward research or the like, but this book is as useful as printing out the internet. You literally look through comments copied from the internet site - seriously, they have published the internet. I honestly feel like you can join [...] or a similar site and read through comments that will be just as helpful. They didn't collect stories or cures, they really just printed people's comments in discussion forums. Please exhaust all other accessible (read: free, the internet) avenues before paying so much for this book.
