I just cleaned 4 rings with this product. They sat in the basket submerged in the liquid for 4 minutes or so, and then I brushed them with the included brush, rinsed them off, and dried them. They are like new. Now I remember why I loved these pieces in the first place. They are sparkling, and the colors of the stones are deep and clear. The product was extremely easy to use, and has no chemical smell. There is no warning not to get it on your hands, or to breathe the fumes, because none is necessary. The label states that there are "no butyls, phosphates, bleach or ammonia." This seems like a great product for a very reasonable price. My only wish is that the packaging were a bit better. It's pretty rudimentary and the liquid tends to run down the sides, etc. But since it's not toxic, this isn't a big deal.

Very gentle yet thorough cleaner for your everyday common stones and metals like diamonds and gold. And I found it works very well with no damage to the more rare and difficult to care for high quality emeralds as well. I will buy this again!

The liquid works as well as the more expensive brands, however, the packaging is very poor and cheap. The top was difficult to screw on properly once opening and this caused a lot of the liquid to evaporate and was a nuisance. In addition, the tray and brush inside are very difficult to reach/grab so you end up sticking you fingers inside the liquid for every cleaning. I am happy to pay more for the better packaged jewelry cleaners.

This jewelry cleaner works, but it may take a lot of work. You have rub every piece and crevice in order to make it shine. I've used plenty of other cleaners in the past where merely soaking the jewelry will get it clean and sparkling. So if you don't mind the work, then buy it. However, if you expect to soak it and be done this is not the product for you.

This jewelry cleaner works very well. Jewelry with stones come out looking great, even better after lightly brushed. I have tied everything on the market and this works best... by far. I use this mostly on platinum but it works great on gold and silver also.

Growing up my mother used Hagerty Jewelry Cleaner (and still does) and I use to love the way her diamonds would sparkle after a dip. Now that I have my own diamonds, I only trust Hagerty.

This cleaner worked great on my diamond wedding rings. I'm with everyone else re: the packaging. The plastic cover does not remove easily, therefore making it very difficult to create a tight seal with the lid. If the company improved the packaging, I would change my review to 5 stars. It's a great value for the price!

This polish works phenomenally! It only takes a quick dip for a few seconds (literally, just seconds!) and your silver looks brand new. It's a great value.
