Amazon Verified Purchase
Worx did a good job @ keeping replacement parts propriety....This battery cost almost $200!!.....not to mention the battery charger....($40)...There's basically no customer service, and because of cost, I'd suggest looking at the B&D 36V self-propelled machine....The Worx mower works well, but I had to really search looking for a replacement battery charger which cost about $10....Another suggestion is contacting a local company that specializes in batterys and chargers...

I bought this battery as a second for my Worx battery mower. I LOVE, both, the mower and the battery. The amount of grass that this battery cuts far exceeds my old battery mower. The convenience of the take out to charge is great! It allows me to put in another charged battery to finish cutting my very large yard. If you want to get away from the excessive noise and gas fumes of the customary gas mower, I highly recommend looking into purchasing the Worx battery charged mower. You will not be disappointed.

The battery is exactly the same as the one that came with the mower. I wouldn't recommend leting these sit too long or without using or charging or you will be buying another at $200.00 a pop. As far as Amazon goes I have seen them for a $150.oo on sale with no shipping, just not when I needed it to be on sale. I ordered mine from amazon and I believe they said to expect delivery in approx 10 days but at last there is good news, I got in in the mail within 2 or 3 days of ordering. Amazon did a great job with their part. Worx on the other hand could have let customers know a little more info on keeping these things charged. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't buy a worx mower.

Replacement battery - problem solver
The battery arrived already partially charged. The battery holds a charge long enough to cover my yard 2 times before it's depleted.
