Compared to the warm toned flood bulbs that came with my track lighting, this spot bulb casts a beam noticeably greenish in hue. My wife and I easily noted the difference, and the effect was very unpleasant in our living room. Visualize a sickly green tint or color in just one spot on the wall. Blech! Two stars because it did actually work as a spotlight, and in a commercial environment the color may be more appropriate.
