This is an excellent christmas album...The music captures,the holiday spirit,and is sure to please,friends,and family.curl up by the fire and enjoy the music.I own volumes 1 thru 6,and i play these albums every year...This album makes a great holiday gift 5 star rated. "enjoy" stewart l

This is a must, if only for the regional classic Dominic the Donkey! In fact I haven't found any other compilation Christmas classic CD with that track! If you haven't heard of Dominic the Donkey , then get it just to hear it! If you're Italian (or not!) it really makes you smile! Enjoy!

CBS-FM Program Director Joe McCoy does it again with Ultimate Christmas Album 2-every song is a treat to be enjoyed not only at holiday time but even now, summertime. I found myself putting these albums on during hazy, hot, humid weather to cool off with the air conditioner on. From the opening cut "Little Saint Nick" by the Beach Boys to the very last "After New Years Eve" by the Heartbeats you'll be thinking of treelights, candycanes & gift wrapping in no time. Very highly recommended for all collectors of classic Christmas music.

I have owned two copies of this CD. I loved the first one out I played it so much! All of the Ultimate Chirstmas Album series are quite excellent. The musical selection is quite broad with a wide selection of artists. My Christmas is just not the same without this series. They are all great and I was so glad to find these after searching for replacement for my worn out copies. There is a little something for everyone here. These are the kind of Christmas albums that you will want to keep for many years to come.

I thought there would be a better variety of Christmas music.
Not terrible, but it could be better

The CD follows Volume 1 of The Ultimate Christmas CDs. It was released in 1995, one year after Volume 1. Joe McCoy of NYC's CBS-FM has done another superb job of collecting songs that capture the spirit of the holidays. My favorite cuts on this CD are:

The Beach Boys also do Frosty The Snowman. The Little Saint Nick cut is the single version, with the xylophone in the background. Dominick The Donkey is a hard to find song that justifies the purchase of this CD. The Supremes, Johnny Mathis, Dion, Augie Rios, The Jackson Five, Johnny Maestro the Duprees, Roy Orbison and Stevie Wonder also appear on this disc. The last two cuts are Happy New Year Baby and After New Year's Eve. The first Ultimate CD was hard to top. I thought it should've been a two CD set. I guess this would be the second disc. This CD will definitely liven up ANY holiday party.

Heard this song years ago on the radio. I was so excited to get the CD and have my kids listen to it. It has now become one of our favorite songs, Christmas does not start unless we hear it.

This is just what I was looking for because I couldn't find the song Mamacita, donde esta Santa Claus? It was one we listened to when my children were growing up and my daughter wanted it for her children. It took me quite awhile for me to find it and this was perfect. Thank you.
