The WEN Fig cleansing conditioner is my favorite of all the WEN cleansers. One reviewer noted that she did not like the smell, but I actually received several compliments from my husband when I first started using it, so it is truly a matter of preference. I would describe the smell as a light musky/sweet scent. I tried the WEN cleansers because in the last few years my scalp has become very sensitive and I was shedding more daily. My dermatologist recommended alternating dandruff shampoos, and when that didn't work (and actually irritated my scalp a lot more) she recommended trying shampoos & conditioners with no added fragrance/color etc... None of this worked and costed a small fortune. Then I came across a review from a lady complaining about similar ailments and no luck with the same above routine. She was eventually diagnosed with an allergy to laurel/lauryl sulfates - common shampoo ingredients and which many people are sensitive to. After using the WEN cleansers she noticed a positive difference in her scalp health and daily shedding returned to a normal amount. I have to say that I have had the same positive experience! (Although, for me the Lavender WEN cleanser caused my scalp to feel a little itchy. So I recommend trying the travel sized sets to find the best one for you). One final note is that the WEN cleansing conditioners really do clean your hair and scalp (something I was skeptical about when I first discovered this product due to it lacking detergents). However, I have to pretty much use it daily because it is a light cleanser. I hope this helps :)

I am Jewish and have what has been all to commonly referred to as a "Jew Fro". This product, teamed w/ WEN Fig Styling Creme, is great for taming the most dry and frizzy hair and more supple and luscious results.

The styling creme smelled good but didn't help with styling. It also just made my hair feel greasy and gave it that unwashed look. So it didn't work for me at all.

I gave the Wen shampoo 5 stars and really like it. So I was excited to try this styling cream. It was horrible-hard to believe they put this product out there. Very confusing! I returned it no problem and got my money back. The shampoo works well as a leave in conditioner, this stuff is goopy and does nothing.

I have fine, curly,dry, shoulder length hair that was becoming "mushy" and frizzy as the years went on. I tried Wen products in Fig and love, love, love the results. The styling creme tames the frizzies and gives my curls a shine and gloss ... and my hair feels silky and hydrated. I've been using Wen Fig products for about nine months. Now that my hair has 9 months growth on the product it just keeps getting better and better. I'd highly recommend Fig for hair like mine.

I order this styling product because I loved the almond variety that Wen has. I have red, very curly hair and thought maybe this product would be better. However, I will definitely go back to the almond.

I have extremely dry brittle hair from years of coloring and highlighting. I decided to use the WEN line since I've pretty much tried everything else out there. I think the Sweet Almont Mint conditioner is probably the best out of all of the products for dry hair. I was not impressed by the results after using the Fig Styling Creme. It smells great but it didn't do much for quenching my dry locks.

It has a nice, lasting fragrance although the styling hold is not what I was hoping for. The other WEN products are still #1 in my book.

I feel this product is a bit heavy. Might be good for someone with curly hair but for my short style it weighs down easily.

As I get older my hair is drier than ever. And the amount of bleach that is poored into the water supply to sanitize it does not help, I miss my well water. I use the cleansing cream, mist and this styling creme for an almost perfect hair day. Before Wen I never had a good hair day. I noticed a real difference after only one cleansing though a bigger difference after a week, and a month. With all the stuff I have bought to help my hair this combo is cheaper in the long run.
