I am very glad I didn't read the 1-star review before I started using these products; I really don't know what those folks are talking about. I have fine hair, and I used the cleansing conditioner as instructed--it is marvelous. It is the only product I have ever found that completely tames fly-aways and frizzies, and it increased the body at the same time. It is NOT greasy--in fact, I follow the instructions and add a little product with some of the styling creme, combing it through my hair before I blow dry. It is expensive, but as far as I am concerned, it's worth its weight in gold!

I an a black woman and I like to wear my hair natural. Over the years I have tried every product I could to controll my hair. I think I could have bought a house with the money I've spent on hair care products. Thank goodness I did'nt give up and tried this product. Finally I have found a product that works for me. It mositurizes without a sticky or oily feel. My hair can be touched without coming out with a hand full of oil. Its soft and shinny and moisturized. All this, after only one week. Love it!

I bought this like expecting a lot but in the end, it's just a normal hair product. It DOES clean my hair- but so does regular shampoo. Although there aren't any sulfates in it, there is alcohol which strips and damages the hair like so many other products. I'm still using it because I spent the money, but I won't reorder it when it's gone. Overall, an expensive product for what it claims to do.

Although the WEN products are a bit costly, (this is why it got 4 stars instead of 5), I love the way my hair looks using this product. I get compliments all the time. I have very curly hair and can get a frizzy, fly away look but when I use this styling creme it gets rid of the frizz and my hair looks shiny and smooth.

I've been using this product for two weeks now and well my hair just feels gross and greasy. I tried everything, increasing/decreasing the number of pumps I put on my hair. I think this product is probably a miracle for people with frizzy/curly/thick hair. My hair is fine and was actually doing great with Pert Plus, I was curious and decided to use Wen. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. I think I have the wrong type of hair for this product. Thanks Chaz Dean, but I will be sticking to my Pert Plus.

After seeing a commercial, both my girlfriend and I looked at each other and said "I have to try this!" She found that after the first treatment, her hair felt noticeably different... but felt that the difference was that it was greasier. End result, she stopped right there. I noticed a difference, but didn't really mind, and then said "okay, let's try this a little more." After about two weeks I really started to see and feel a difference! My hair was noticeably healthier, and styled better.

One note, however. This 28 oz bottle is supposed to be a month supply. I'm a guy with short hair... and this lasted a little less than a month. My GF would have gone through this thing in 2 weeks or less!

This is the best product I have ever used in my hair. I'm a hairstylist, and I have never experienced a product as wonderful as this one. I have already converted my mother and some of my friends to WEN. and have only been using wen for a couple of weeks. I had been searching for a natural hair system for my family and I am happy to say the search is over! This works for every one in my family, my hair product shelf has been freed up for some much needed space in my bathroom because all you need is the 3 products: the cleansing conditioner, the styling cream and I also purchased the oil for occasional hair treatment and nice baths. My hair thank's WEN and so does nature!

don't buy this if you want extreme hold, this will give you a natural, run your fingers through your hair hold.

Well after all the hype and reading the sparkling reviews I have to say I am underwhelmed. I find that if I use this product two days in a row my hair appears greasy and unwashed - not what the manufacturers are going for I think. I have carefully followed the instructions and cut back on the instructed amount to use and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed - still had the same result. First day my hair is shiny and healty, but if I use it again on day two...
To be fair I think I present two challenges. One is that I almost never blow dry my hair. I have extremely fine hair and try to minimize the amount of heat applied to lessen damage and breakage. Perhaps this causes the product not to dry? I also live in the extremely humid Southeast corner of the USA and was hoping this product would help calm the frizzies caused by said humidity. Not really.
Ah well, looks great on the infomercial.

i think the same result could be accomplished with any nice conditioner.
it emulsifies the oil on your hair so you can rinse it away with hot water - but you've got to use a ton -
and the stuff is not cheap!
if you have curly hair - you will still have frizz if you only use this as your styling cream.
not a bad product - but not really what chaz claims it should be.
