I brought the Lavender WEN cleanser and conditioner based on reading other's reviews. Love them both. My hair never had such body. I was worried at first that my hair wouldn't be truly clean because it wasn't shampoo. How wrong! I would highly recommend using them both. My hair not only has more volumn, but is silky and more managable. I've gotten lots of compliments since using them. I also notice my hair color is staying in longer. I rinse the conditioner out. Don't leave it in - you don't need to. Follow directions. Great products, and the lavender smells great.

I had been reading about WEN alot on Makeup Alley and decided to order it from Amazon instead of QVC where they try to sign you up for a monthly delivery. It's a very interesting product...somewhat expensive but replaces using a separate conditioner. Leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean and seems to reduce frizz and dryness quite a bit. I do not use the recommended 20-30 pumps, my hair is shoulder length so I use a total of about 9 pumps for my entire scalp. The lavender smell is very nice and it leaves your scalp a little tingly from mint. Very gentle. Highly recommend you try it.

It's more of a conditioner than a shampoo. My hair is all messed up after using this damn product. Not worth your money.

My hair is to the center of my back, I get alot of compliements on it. Wen products are wonderful, a little expense but I'm worth it.

I have hilighted and permed hair this product cleans and conditions as a leave-in conditioneer, wonderfully. helps detangle with out a greasey feeling.

Like others, I was first introduced to WEN on an infomercial. Yes, I was skeptical but I had tried so many products that I thought "what the heck".

It was pretty much love at first try. Yes, it was odd washing my hair with something that feels like conditioner. It felt strange that it didn't lather and I had to rinse quite a bit until my hair wasn't slick, but the results were well worth it! I have fine hair that is usually limp and fly-away. To compensate for these qualities I have it heavily striped so it's constantly abused by hair color. The WEN system made it soft and shiny again from the first time I used it. I don't use mousse or root lifter or any styling product anymore. Between the WEN cleaning conditioner and the styling creme I'm a happy camper.

Yes, my hair still goes limp at the slightest sign of humidity, but it's no longer bone-dry and looks healthy again. My favorite smell is the Lavender. It's strong, but I feel like I'm in an aroma therapy store when I'm in the shower.

I am a new curly convert and this is what I chose to set foot in the door. I have lots of fine, very dry and frizzy, type 3b hair and have been using this every 3-5 days for the last month. I am 3/4 through the liter bottle and NEVER gotten never 5* worthy hair. Some days worse than others but consistently frizzy and generally stringy, though yielded better results when used as advised on [...] and paired with a cone-free gel.

Makes a decent leave-in but not the best. Has great slip for detangling once you've used enough but note that will probably be A LOT less than stated by Dean. For my hair type and length he recommends 32-40 pumps but I've gotten best resuslts when using 20 pumps as advised on the [...] product page.

I find the product TOO expensive for the results obtained but if it works for you, you'll probably want to slowly reduce the pumps to see how much is enough for you. You can start with Dean's minimum and reduce two pumps per section until you've reached the perfect combo. I've used several of Dean's techniques but this is DEFINATELY NOT the Holy Grail he advises it to be that "does all". MIGHT give it another chance paired with other tested/true styling products in distant future but not convinced.

i love wen hair care products!it makes a real difference in my hair and my hair is badly damaged.the only thing i dont care for is the smell,but the way it makes my hair look i over look that !great product i wont use nothing else on my hair!

After a few months of using this product, I can honestly say that I will not ever be without it again. My hair as never been so soft and healthy.
