This 320GB Hard drive by Western Digital is just what the doctor order. I wanted to upgrade my PS3 from a 40GB, so I decided to go large and purchased this hard drive.
I removed my orignal 40GB HD and placed the 320GB HD inside my PS3 Console, hooked it up, then turned on the system formatted the new hard drive and loaded my backup.Every thing turned out beautiful and I now have more space for my games, music, and movies. So far this Hard drive has performed great, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this for my PS3. Hated having to worry about drive space on my 40gb drive and this was the perfect answer. Delivery was prompt, and the price was great. Thanks.

Husband bought this for his insufficient-hard-drive Macintosh. It must have worked just fine - he's never said otherwise and he's been using it for most of a year now.

I actually just left a review for an external hard drive I bought in January '11 from Western Digital noting the good experience I've had with the brand. I had forgotten that this hard drive was also a Western Digital.

I purchased this in September 2009 after the original hard drive in my Mac unexpectedly died and as of today, it's still going strong. I now have three Western Digital hard drives (one internal and two external) aged 3+ years, 1.5 years, and 1.5 months, all still working beautifully. I could not be happier with my purchase.
