The heading says "Atlas Glove 26-Inch Long" but the product dimensions are 0.6 x 5 x 15.1. Which is correct? How long are they? Dec 30, 2013
Mine (size Large) are 25.5 inches long, as measured from the tip of the middle finger to the end of the glove. They make it to just below my elbow.
I want to use these for a costume I'm making. The picture shows them as a skin color. Is that accurate? All the other 772's listing show them yellow? Apr 5, 2015
They aren't exactly peachy skin tone, but they aren't yellow either. They are kind of an tan-yellow. Hope that helps. If you are tan they will probably match better than if you are fairer skinned. The picture color is pretty accurate. Mine had a black stamp on them, some sort of serial or item number, but I scrubbed most of it off (I think just with a scrubby sponge and maybe some hot water, I can't remember). Just be aware yours may have that too.
My skin is prone to cuts, scratches, and bruises. In the desert I need protection from cactus, etc., while gardening. Do they help? Sep 20, 2014
These are light weight fabric with a plastic type coating. They would not resist punctures well. They are more for dealing with caustic liquids. I would think leather would wouk better.
advertised as 26" but in description of dimensions it states 0.6x5x15.1 inches. Just how long are these ? Aug 27, 2014
from the middle of the glove to the tip of the middle finger I just measured 25"
I suppose they could work for that. But they will quickly be shredded.
The glove is not made for thorn protection. It is only made for strong chemicals that may otherwise burn you severely.
