I liked this book because it truly caused me to think differently about relationships. If you seem to be stuck in a rut with respect to relationships you might want to take a chance on this book. I think this book is good for single and married individuals alike.

This book has been my companion for the last 5 years. It has taught me so much not only in dealing with the anger and hurt towards my former spouse but helping me see who I was in that relationship, what gifts about it I continue to treasure and what memories I had to let go. I urge anyone going through a divorce to pick up a copy, start readng and feel the healing process begin.

Karen Winter's book has been of great help during the troubled time with my ex-husband and is still today my bedside book. Everytime I am confronted with a conflict, I ask myself "what would love do now?"She helped me to recognize and get rid of fear as well as identifying when ego wants to take the lead. Exercises are easy and very explicit. Karen changed my way of looking at relationship, not only with my ex-husband but with myself and therefore everyone around me. I feel confident, loved. Thank you Karen for being such a caring guide.
