Color me mislead. The photo in this entry both when I placed the order and now shows two allen wrenches explicitly laid out beside the wheels, implying they were included. Given two allen wrenches are required to replace the wheels on my son's scooter that struck me as a good thing. No allen wrenches came and the pre-packaged set of wheels explicitly calls out they are not included. It would be nice if the photo in the entry matched what I was going to receive. Now I have to go acquire more tools to complete the job.

The seller did nothing wrong. They advertised it accurately and sold it at a very fair price. I'm just commenting that these wheels are one of those that I've read about: that though they have a ABEC5 rating, they are cheaply made in china and the reality is they do not spin fast. I read that cheaper wheels are like this. I got what I paid for.

I recommend you buy a brand name instead of this generic type.

I actually bought this wheel to use as the tailwheel for my gyroplane, which is kind of like a one man helicopter. It works perfectly, silently, takes a LOT of abuse and doesn't seem to show any signs of wear. Delighted with it.
