I bought this item on April first. I received the item by the expected date. However, I only received part of the order, I was missing eight items. When I looked at the invoice, it said NOTHING about the items being back ordered or coming in a separate box.

I was charged the full amount. If I hadn't contacted the seller, I feel I would not have received any kind of refund.

In my contact with the seller, I stated that I wanted the refund for shipping as well as the offer extended. I paid the shipping for a forty pound box, but the box's shipping label said eleven pounds. I felt that it made sense to have the shipping reimbursed. But the seller insisted ALL boxes are labeled eleven pounds when they leave the warehouse. This did not make sense to me. UPS will not ship a box that is mislabeled in weight. That, and the fact that I know I can't lift forty pounds and I easily carried this box from my third floor office to my car on the first floor. I let it go since it wasn't too big of a difference once I accepted the offer.

Overall, I don't think I would use this seller again. I felt like the seller was trying to guilt me into not being honest in a review because the seller is a single parent and negative reviews hurt business. I know negative reviews hurt business, but being honest is important!

I bought these lanterns to use as centerpieces for my wedding. They're cute and look very nice with a lit tealight candle inside, but they arrived with a few missing pieces. One lantern was missing a glass pane on one side, couple of them arrived broken, and a couple were missing the handles so we couldn't hang them on the stand. So the product itself is a good buy, but I'm not too sure about the company.

These lanterns are the perfect size and exactly what I expected. I will be using these lanterns for centerpieces for my wedding reception! I cannot wait to see how they look all set up on the tables!!

I just received my box of 20 lanterns for my wedding reception. I only ordered them a few days ago and they got here so fast! They are perfect and even prettier in person than the picture. The seller is fabulous! I would do business with this seller many times over and will highly recommend them to anyone else! Thank you!
