It is our job as a conscientious public to ensure our military fights for the right reasons. And in this case, there are far too many questions that our government has created, and answers our government has skirted, for a single American life to be sacrificed in a war that for all intents and purposes was started specifically from an all-out pursuit of control over oil.

I take no credit for that which inspired me to write this book of warning. I owe all I am and all I have and all I know to God. And it is because of the insight God has provided that I offer the readers of this book yet another opportunity to turn to God, for these are truly the times the Bible speaks of, in which mankind is nearing the Day of Judgment and God’s wrath will be poured out upon the world.

As the world’s most powerful nation, we have turned our back on the very God that we claim to trust. We mock that same God by using the power of the dollar (upon which is written the phrase "In God We Trust") for evil purposes.

It is time for the citizens of the United States to determine if we wish be led by a secular government or a government of the people that is led by a divine King. I pray that Americans will come to a realization that those in power in the most secret places in our government do not worship or revere the God of Abraham or Jesus Christ. The decisions they make on our behalf, without our knowledge, stem from a place where God does not exist. The consequences of the decisions made by those who sit in the seats of power, both known and unknown, impact our lives and the lives of our children.

It is time for courage to be shown in the face of a firestorm of controversy and world danger.

The battles initiated or fueled in the Middle East by the U.S. government are just the precursor to the full-fledged war on God that will soon be evident to all.

It is my fervent prayer that we pull back our forces from the places they have been sent around the globe and turn to God for the answers we desperately need in America today ... in order to make us the great nation we truly could be, if we would only follow the right leader, God Almighty.

About the Author

Mike Green is a Christian conservative journalist, a 12-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, a public speaker, and former talk radio host from San Diego, CA. He cares enormously about the lives of every single man and woman in our great military that faces danger every day and night so that you can enjoy relative freedom in a country whose citizens often take freedom for granted. His parents served in the military, as did his uncles and cousins, two of whom were still serving as he wrote this book. Mike served aboard two ships: the USS Anchorage and the USS Sterett. He was awarded "Sailor of the Year‚" aboard the USS Anchorage along with numerous other awards, and also received a meritorious advancement in rank to E-6 during a successful four-year tour of duty as a recruiter in Texas during the U.S. Gulf War under president George H. W. Bush. As a talk radio personality, he hosted a 3-hour program on San Diego’s AM1170 KCBQ for two years and co-hosted THE GREAT DEBATE in 2000 on KCBQ. Award-winning community activist: Received the San Diego, CA Channel 10 Leadership Award (ABC affiliate) in June 1996 for his development of a unique after school program for at-risk youth. Public Speaker: Mike has appeared as a guest on talk radio programs across the country. If you are into conspiracies and believe that the US government is behind every little itsy bitsy problem in the world - along with the big ones like the Sept 11 terrorist attack on America by bin Laden - then this is your book.

You'll find all the twisted bizarre logic you will ever need to decide that if there's a problem, then it's caused by the vast and all powerful underground secret and evil US government. That if the US isn't doing the terrorizing, then the terrorists are either working for or caused by the US government.

The "whole truth" is that this book is extraordinarily out of touch with reality. I find it hard to comprehend that the author actually believes what he wrote.

How NOBODY has written a review for this book. Maybe no one's bought it. Sounds like another liberal crying about war & how bad it is.

I agree that the Iraq War is maybe "mis-managed" but honestly, who has a degree in War Management? (Although the intellectual enlightened at our Universities should be able to create one, eh?)

About the book, didn't read it, I probably won't, and wouldn't recommend it to someone I DIDN'T like. Just sounds too much like a sniveling, "wah-wah" conspiracy Theorist that hates America but loves to live here in freedom to shout his mouth off.
