The Original Hyperhammer 145 (black, white and gold) has been my all time favourite. The White Hyperhammer 120 was a close second (I think that is discontinued now). I have used many of the original 145 but when I read that Wilson has re-introduced the old hyperhammer 145 in a new colour owing to its popularity ,I jumped at it and bought it (the old one looks so boring though it is such a great racquet). This is my 10th year playing squash. I can pretty much use any racquet and play a decent game so this one is not a huge problem for me but this is no where close to the original hyperhammer. It does not have that "twang" (punch) of the old hyperhammer. Instead you get the dull thud of a Prince racquet (I dont like Prince racquets but they have their own fan following) even when the ball hits the sweetspot. This also feels a lot heavier though it says 145. My personal opinion is that this is NOT the same hyperhammer 145 and lacks the punch that was available in the original hyperhammer 145. The old one (black and gold) is available at the same price and I would buy that the next time around.
