Exactly what it was said to be, simple to install and works great. Just don't misplace one of the connecting stud Nuts as they are fine thread metric and not easy to find here in the sticks, still like to know where that thing got off to.

The solenoid works great i used it for a 3000lbs. winch on my personal snowplow. It's in a PVC box mount on the plow and it has gone though many hours of plow and 7 snow storms and no problems yet (knock on Wood)

I had a 3000 lb winch from Harbor Freight. The solenoid failed the first time I used it. Replaced it with this one that is considerably heavier duty. And this one works!!
