No longer subscribing to satellite TV but dish is still mounted on garage roof. Easily added this mount to install HDTV Antenna and very pleased with my ability to receive high quality "free" TV!

Attached it to the DirectTV dish on my roof. Support is sturdy made and as long as atenna is not humongous/super heavy, should work well. I attached a Wingaurd MS-2002 without difficulty. The only thing I would note is that in order to attach the support to the existing DirectTV setup on my roof, I had to use a metal drill bit to drill suitable matching holes for the screws into the DirectTV direction plate--I would have preferred a setup that would have allowed me to attach it to the support bars instead. But can't complain--working great now and after several months with rain and wind storms, still holding up just fine.

While I had to return this product to Amazon because it did not work for my particular installation, I saw it being used in a few other installations, and it works great (that is why I first bought it).

It is quite sturdy and attaches to the satellite dish's mast, not to the dish itself, so it should not cause any misalignment to the dish because of the wind. Since the mount is a hollow pipe, you can feed the OTA antenna's cable through it to make installation neat.

I've recently switched to free tvand I used this to install an Antenna Direct long range HDTV antenna on my roof. This made installlation a breeze! Well worth the money!

Antenna mount works well. Installing on an existing system complicates installation a little. I had to use vice grips on the existing mount to keep the satellite system from being moved during installation. Aside from that, installation is simple and just a matter of installing 4 bolts.

One thing that concerns me that I haven't seen addressed in any of the reviews is how wind affects the antenna and the dish. I have the Winegard MS-2000 HDTV Antenna. Even in a slight wind, there is a decent amount of movement in both the dish and the antenna. So far mine has survived through 20 mph winds without effecting satellite or antenna signal. I think I would consider a different option if I lived in a high wind area or had low signal strength on my satellite system.

This mount worked perfectly for my stealthtenna on the back of my sat dish. Great product highly recommend it.
