Pilates for Beginners
I bought this to replace the VHS Pilates tape that I have worn out. It turned out to be quite a bit different, but, as I had recently hurt my lower back, it was perfect. My chiropractor has encouraged me to continue, as the more I use it, the better my back becomes. If you are looking for a challenge, don't get this version...but if you want to begin Pilates, it's...

Winsor Pilates CD
Product arrived quickly. Workout is very basic. If you're familiar with the Windsor Pilates workout routine, or have had some experience with Pilates but have been off the program for a while I'd recommend finding a more complex Pilates program.
