With consistency, it works!
If you are consistent with these workouts, they will work. You may think that the workout is not good and ineffective but after time, you will begin to see results.

Terrible workout
The cardio portion of this video didn't even raise my heart rate. I barely broke a sweat after 30min into the DVD. I had not worked out much for a while before doing this and got nothing from it. I found it very basic. I would not recommend this product.
