okay, the first winsor product i bought was the body sculpting 3-DVD set and it was amazing...literally changed my body and i became smaller than i was in high school! since i was so excited about winsor pilates, i wanted to try other products and the cardio burn was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING...you can literally burn more calories by walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes. the workout is more suited for older individuals looking for an easy, low impact workout. i do not suggest anyone who is active by any means buy the DVD, it is a waste of money and time.
