1.0 out of 5 stars DSI Wireless keyboard., December 27, 2011
This review is from: WKB3000UB - Adesso WKB-3000UB Wireless Mini Keyboard USB (Personal Computers)
1. I use a separate wireless mouse because, if I use the one on the keyboard, the curser wanders on it's own.
2. I keep my keyboard clean and soon after buying it the backspace key started to get stuck and I'd have to tap it hard to get it back up. Then it started with the delete key. Now it's doing it with the spacebar.
3. The keys take a little more pressure to press than I like. I can usually type fast but not with this keyboard.
4. I use the keyboard 10 feet away from the USB adapter and there's nothing between me and the adapter and sometimes the keys I press aren't received.
5. Sometimes while I'm typing somehow the adapter thinks I'm holding the key down and it just repeats the same character over and over until I get up and remove the USB adapter and re-insert it.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with the keyboard and I only continue to use it out of necessity. Eventually, I'm probably going to smash it Office Space style.

1.0 out of 5 stars Finger Punch Keyboard, July 20, 2011
By
This review is from: WKB3000UB - Adesso WKB-3000UB Wireless Mini Keyboard USB (Personal Computers)
1st one had to be replaced in 4 months as the trackball had a mind of it's own and would just wander around on screen. Replacement was handled quickly a good job done. With 1st unit you would type and keys would be missed unless you did what I call finger punched them in. I thought because of 1st units other problem it was just a bad unit all around.

2nd unit now here one week, I notice the same hit keys hard problem or you get to end of sentence and have to go back and punch in keys that you missed.

So I am a 2 keyboard person now, if typing and don't need trackball I will use other keyboard, kind of a pain in the butt system. On outside it appears to be a quality build but on inside there are some key problems. If this one dies I won't be getting another one.

This update on 8/5/11, I received the replacement keyboard on 7/15/11 and had to replace the new batteries that came with unit 3 days later. So on 8/3 I called support because keyboard was dead and when popping USB dongle in PC said they could not find proper driver for unit that had worked night before. With another set of batteries it fired up and worked for a day and then next day PC said unit was malfunctioning. Tried 2nd PC same problem. Long story short while they replaced the unit in a timely manner doesn't help if next unit is bad.

1.0 out of 5 stars Missed keystrokes, December 23, 2011
This review is from: WKB3000UB - Adesso WKB-3000UB Wireless Mini Keyboard USB (Personal Computers)
Every time you type a sentence, you need to double check if all your keystrokes were received. As if my spelling isn't bad enough already.
