WMF seems to know how to design and execute a useful as well as attractive product. The olive spoon is long, smooth and shiny. While it is not for your formal table, using it in the kitchen or at an informal buffet suffices nicely. I purchased two. I know, I know how many olive spoons can one have, well it's great for relish too. You be the judge, but I know this is a keeper.(Review by John's wife as were/are all other reviews).

For those of you, who are not familiar with WMF, WMF is a German company. The company is known for its quality and "Made in Germany" manufacturing. Unfortunately, WMF is manufacturing overseas now (majority of the products). I was a little worried about that when I purchased the entire Bistro line for twelve plus assessories. I have used the products now for about six months and I have to say that I do not notice a difference in quality (German production vs. overseas production). One thing to notice is that I wash all of my WMF products by hand. I have never put any of them in the dishwasher so I don't know how they hold up when washed in the dishwasher. I highly recommend the Bistro line by WMF.

Do I need an olive spoon? No. Did I like it and want it anyway? Yes. *shrug* :) So far so good, it seems like good quality like much of the rest of the line of stuff. :)

Well, here it is. This was a gift. Nicely designed with a hole in the correct location. Little bitty olives will fall through, so only buy the larger olives. I actually hate these kinds of things. I always use one of those little oar-derve forks if I need an olive. But this was a gift. And they LIKED it!
