Nice heavy spoon, very large, great for table or buffet. Very simple design, blends with almost any pattern. I needed extra serving spoons, and my pattern was no longer available, so I ordered these and they fit right in. Perfect for a pot luck or a large casserolle dish.

This is an attractive serving spoon. It has a sheen that I like and matches my other silverware from crate and barrel, has a nice weight, the metal doesn't have a taste (I have a sensitivity to some metals), it's pretty and utilitarian. Five stars.

If you are thinking about buying this, first look at this link first: WMF Bistro 9-3/4-Inch 2-Piece Salad Serving Set this is the exact same spoon, but for a few dollars more you also get a matching fork. If you pay a little extra, the spoon would be more versatile, because you'd also be able to use it as a salad set or use the fork to pull meat off a plate at dinner.
