This sturdy jar-lid opener is just one of the high-quality Profi Plus tools WMF makes for every conceivable kitchen task. Offering three sets of toothed grippers shaped to twist off small, medium, and large jar lids, the opener makes it easy to open any jar with a lid up to 4-1/4 inches in diameter. For lids that don't twist off, at the top of the tool are two wedges with beveled edges. Either can be slipped under a lid to pry it off. Contemporary European in style, the jar-lid opener measures 10-1/2 inches long and has a heavy-duty hanging loop on the end of each handle. The opener is made of 18/10 stainless steel, with satin-finish, cylindrical handles and a highly polished head. Seamless construction ensures cleaning ease.
