LOVE THEM
Great product and found they are GREAT cutting boards that I now use every day. I ended up buying two more for my friends for xmas.

I don't get the excitement over this product ...
OK - i got these, thinking Great! Something to assist with portion sizes! all they are is pictures drawn on a plastic cutting board. You're supposed to make sure your food fits within the colored lines ... However, they dont tell you how high to stack it. I found these a serious waste of money ....

I thought now I'd be measuring my portions but turns out I didn't use them at all. It's good to know how big a portion is, but if you know f.i. meat has to be the size of your palm, rice is a baseball etc that's enough, at least for me. Also thickness of the portion counts and that is not taken in account here!

This works okay. It is not as convenient as the portion plate or portion disc that sits on top of one of your plates.

I really enjoy using the portionpal and they show me exactly how to size my food it's great and I love it.
