I think that this 2009 CD is a great one--although there are some songs on it that have been on previous WOW Hits CD's.
A lot of these are played on the radio more than other Christian songs.

But my over all reaview for this product is 94%.
They're getting better every year.

I listen to KLUV & sometimes I get tired of the same songs over & over again so I switch to my cds. I love this one & the WOWs are about the only I seem interested in anymore. I am so glad that I ordered this one. It had some songs that I have not heard before & I now love.

When most people think of Christain music, they think of something you might hear in church. I wish I heard music like this in church! All the songs have the sound of a top of the charts pop or rock hit and I love the variety. I listen to this is my car all the time.

This 2-CD set is a great compilation of contemporary Christian music. Even if you've never listened to this music before and are not a bible-toting preacher, anyone can appreciate great music. That's what WOW2009 delivers.

My husband first saw this CD in the store and said that I would probably like it. I told him I probably would, but I don't need a cd right now. A few months later I purchased it on Amazon with a few other items. I love the cd set. There are 2 cds of great christian songs. Many of the songs I have heard on the radio station K-love (which I listen to online at work). There were a few songs I hadn't heard. From this cd I went on to purchase a cd by Natalie Grant. She is another great singer. I love the music. It just makes me feel great!

In terms of music, this CD definitely has several great songs (especially disc 2). What's strange to me is how each WOW Hits CD is numbered for the year after it was released, while containing songs that may be up to 3 years old, and not from an artist's most current album. Yet, the music is great nonetheless.

The reason why I took away a star is because this version of WOW seems rushed or incomplete. Is it like other things, in the current "tough economy," where they scaled back? If you have WOW Hits 2008, you already have a Britt Nicole song. The same one is repeated in this release. That only gives you 29 original songs.

The way the WOW series has usually worked is that you get 30 regular tracks and 3 bonus tracks (one on disc 1 and two on disc 2). If you read the track listing for this year's CD, they are only giving you 27 normal songs, and 3 "bonus" tracks. To me, that's deceptive and cheap on their part.

Previous WOW Hits albums had some kind of "enhanced CD" feature when you put the disc in your computer. You'd get something as useful as special free downloads, or at least a hyperlink to a website with more content. That is nowhere to be found in this CD set! It was very disappointing to me.

In summary, if you love the latest Christian music, and want an easy or affordable way to have lots of hit songs in one place, this is a good purchase.

If you're used to 33 songs, totally original music (not repeats from last year's CD) and the enhanced features, then you'll be left wanting more.

It is a great CD pack with 30 songs (about 45 cents/ea). Moreover, I love modern Christian music, and this CD brings a variety hard to match.

A great selection of the best artists. Many of my favorite songs are included in this one collection. I highly recommend this CD!

This is my first Christian music Cd. I really like it and will purchase more of the same WOW Cds in the future. Has a good mix of slow and peppy songs.

Just like most of the other latest WOW HITS CDs, I love it. The songs are good and wholesome to listen to, and definetly NOT boring like some people picture Christian music. I recommend this to everyone, from 0 yrs old to 1000. (aka everyone:)
