This is a neat little weather radio. It can be used as a base unit at home or in the RV or you can stick it in your pack for hiking and outings. Good sound, good reception. This is hard to beat for the price.

I have had many portable weather radios almost from the first one's offered!
The WR-103 Oregon Scientific Portable weather radio is one of the best. It is handy to hold. Sound quality is excellend frequency display is easy to read.
Battery life apopears good. Another good buy from Amazon.com.
