I followed the instructions to the letter, including powering off and covering the ports on my iTouch. It took about 30 minutes to install and seemed to work very well. BUT when I powered back up the display was almost invisible. I removed the Wrapsol but it was the same. Apparently water got into the iTouch. I'm sending it out to be repaired now. I was very careful, yet it seems water from the application got into the iTouch and shorted something. It seems a poor idea to use water on electronics. I can't recommend it.

This is the best iPod protector I ever bought. It took me about one hour to apply...not because it was hard but because I wanted everything 100% perfect. What I like about it is that not even the screen protector itself does not get scratched. If you scratch the screen protector all you have to do is give it a wipe and it looks like new!!! I also like the Matt finish because it just looks cool and it adds some grip. I just wished it wrapped around the whole iPod but I bet will really hard to apply. But I like it over all and I am actually going to but Wrapsol for a MacBook I am going to but in the future. Oh yeah one last thing...I like how the product is environmentally friendly. Everything in the box is recyclable or reusable and it's pretty neat all the different ways you can use the stuff it comes with. BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SCRATCH PRTECTOR.

I really wish I would have gotten my Wrapsol protector first rather than having to waste all that money on other sub-par products. I bought it on a whim from Kmart and was very impressed: the films fit perfectly, are genuinely as durable as the company claims, and look great--the matte finish looks so much classier and sophisticated than the shiny one the iPod touch was made with. You will not regret buying this; I know I loved it so much I also got it for my blackberry curve.

One thing to note that worried me initially but wound up being fine (but that I wish I had been warned of all the same) is that when you first apply the screen protector film there's this weird effect that occurs where all these tiny bubbles get trapped under the film but don't squeegee out. That's just the application fluid, and it completely clears up within 12 hours, leaving a perfect glossy finish. I thought I had done it wrong, but like I said it went away when I left it alone and looks great!
