WTF to OMG is a hilariously inspiring guide for women who are ready to stop being a victim of their circumstances and start making their lives amazing. Jenny is candid, hysterically funny, and supportive. It feels like she is one of your best girlfriends, letting you in on her secrets and lovingly calling you out on your BS. I will be recommending this book to every woman I know!

I can't thank Jennifer enough for writing this book! Her practical approach and use of humor made the book fun and easy to read while the messages were clear and powerful. I have started to make small changes in my life and it feels great! I now have a goal and the plan to create a life I love - my OMG life!! The resource material is absolutely wonderful and is helping me stay on track. Thank-you Jennifer!

Once I began reading this, I devoured it within hours! The author has a way with words as if she is speaking directly to you and even if you have not experienced every 'WTF' situation that she has gone through or talks about, you will definitely find yourself in a lot of them. Ms. Sparks speaks very openly about her struggles throughout her past and how she has learned to overcome them by being true to herself (this really hit home with me) and teaches you how to do the same. She even includes a free bonus workbook to help you live the 'OMG' life that you have always dreamed of! This book seriously left me full of hope with many ideas of how to change my way of thinking. I am so glad that I picked this up and can already tell that it will be a book I turn to when I am having a 'WTF' day and need encouragement to get through it!

I LOVE this book! I have recommended this book to several people already! As a life coach, I see great value in how she describes her experiences- honest and raw and so relatable! Jennifer isn't afraid to be vulnerable but this is also what, dichotomously, gives her her strength. If you are ready to go deep and uncover what's keeping you in the WTF state, you will be grateful that WTF to OMG is out there!

I had to temporarily stop reading to write this review before I finish the book. I can't remember the last time I found a self-help guide to have anything close to what I needed. For one thing, I love this title. And I love the dedication; it makes me smile whenever I read its cleverly-crafted, heartfelt message. From the very first few paragraphs, I could tell that the author would have something/s to impart that could help give me a new or different perspective - or even a helpful reminder. A very fast reader, I'm going to go slowly to savor, enjoy and remember. Also going to the website to check it out. Thanks for writing this book, Jennifer.
