4.0 out of 5 stars A Great CD., July 27, 2000
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
This is a great CD. Not as good as Vol. 3 or 4, but still agreat CD. Here's how I review the songs. 1. Undertaker - 4 Stars -Good song. I've never heard him enter the ring with this song, but it's pretty cool. The narraration really makes the song sound good.

2. Stone Cold - 5 Stars - Excellent! This song rocks! Hands down the best song on the CD! Stone Colds interjections are great and the song is awesome.

3. Ahmed Johnson - 4 Stars - I like this song. The guitar playing is good and it has a good beat to it.

4. Marc Mero & Sable - 2 Stars - A pretty dumb song. It's lone saving grace is the wildcat roar at the beginning, which is pretty cool.

5. Bret Hart - 3 Stars - This song is okay. The song that he entered the ring to was much better. Still a decent song.

6. Vader - 5 Stars - One of my favorites. The song is great, and I love the beginning.

7. Mankind - 4 Stars - A cool song. Mankind's interjections are hilarious and it's pretty funny how the whole song changes in the middle.

8. Dude Love - 3 Stars - A good song. It's pretty good at the beginning but then can get sort of annoying.

9. Faarooq - 5 Stars - I love this song. It really grows onto you. When you get past all the repeated words you can tell it has a really good beat.

10. Rocky Maivia - 4 Stars - A pretty good song. A successful beginning to a great string of songs. This song is best when the guitar's playing.

11. Sycho Sid - 3 Stars - An okay song. Some parts are pretty cool, but some parts are pretty dumb.

12. Ken Shamrock - 5 Stars - A great song. The next version is better, but not by much.

13. Flash Funk - 1 Star - Stupid! Just plain stupid!

14. Sunny - 1 Star - Also stupid! Even worse than Flash Funk!

15. Shawn Michaels - 4 Songs - Cool! An upbeat song that is funny and cool. All in all, this is a great buy. If you are a Diehard WWF fan, then you have to have this CD. If you don't like the WWF you might still like this CD. This is the start to the great WWF CDs that have followed.

4.0 out of 5 stars This CD is pretty cool, July 5, 1999

Nevermind all of the bandwagon jumpers who says this CD sucks. I've been a wrestling follower since i was born and know a thing or two about wrestling and it's music. I picked up this CD when it first came outand was pretty cheesed off when they had those remixes ( especially Austin's, ihappen to like his 2nd theme better than his current one ). After multiple listens, this CD really grows on you. Though not better than Full Metal, this is thebest you're gonna get if you are looking for themes from the 96/97 WWF era ( other than the net ). Best theme=Shamrock's!!!

3.0 out of 5 stars Good album., April 10, 2005
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
Jim Johnston did some good opening theme music for this album. I still like the Nation of Domination theme song, with its simmering groove and the gang of guys screaming the chorus. It's very funky with its rumbling keyboards. Also, the Shawn Michaels theme music is among the best here as well as You Start The Fire. I didn't like the Dude Love song very much. There are some songs that haven't really held up strongly after 8 years. But the music does advertise and promote the wrestlers strongly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing, March 14, 2001
A Kid's Review
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
This is an excellant CD, that proves just how amazing the WWF themes are. I have got every WWF album that came out, and this is one of the best.

Themes like Sexy Boy, Hell Frozen Over and Ode To Freud make this CD an amazing buy, and a strong recommendation to anybody, wrestling fan or not.

3.0 out of 5 stars WWF: THE MUSIC VOLUME 2-NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED, August 7, 2000
By
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
This album is ot worth the money. Some good songs are on here, but the Shawn Michaels theme song is pathetic. Also, this album includes songs that were never heard of before. Save your money.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad..., May 13, 2000
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
I haven't been a wrestling fan for long enough to really criticize this album negatively. However, I can say that I like the Bret Hart tune, and the Rocky Maivia theme is awesome! I think I like this one better than his current theme. The Ken Shamrock theme is good, but the Vol. 3 version is better.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good and bad all at the same time., October 12, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
I think that the WWF did a fairly good job with Vol 2. There were good tracks and bad tracks. I did like the creepy narrated version of The Undertaker's music. Ahmed Johnson's music was OK, being the best available version of the Pearl River Powerhouse's music for you Ahmed fans. I don't think that Rocky Maivia was a deserving star to have his music on this album. The Nation we could have gone without. Shamrock was OK. I think that the Bret Hart "Light my Fire" was a good little song, but it was wrong for McMahon to screw Bret out of a career, then make millions of dollars with his music helping to make that money. I loved the Mankind with narration (Hilarious!), and the Stone Cold Heel music (ou are completly pathetic). All in all, i liked it.

4.0 out of 5 stars No Vol. 3, but still a keeper!, June 6, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: The Music, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
Like most other people I was disappointed when Austin's theme hit and found out it wasn't his real theme, but it grew on me. Most of the songs are great, but nothing amazing(I always skip over Bret's theme on this CD). Surprisingly, one of the best tracks is Rocky Maivia's first theme in the WWF. Not as good as Vol. 3, but still good.
