This review is from: WWF - Three Faces of Foley (DVD)
Mick Foley's first home video, The three faces of Foley finally comes to DVD. The main program the three faces of Foley is awesome. The extras are, well the extras are non existant. There aren't even chapter stops. Clocking in at only sixty minutes, I wish the full three week interview segments with Jim Ross that got Foley so popular with WWF fans had been included. The other new WWF low price series DVD's have three hour PPV's included, so they could've easilly added a little to this. That said, The Three Faces of Foley is fantastic. If you are even a bit of a Foley fan, for the price it's a great deal.

4.0 out of 5 stars A fascinating insight of a hardcore legend, February 25, 2000
This review is from: WWF: Three Faces of Foley [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is most definately a must have for all Mick Foley fans. It shows Mick Foley out of character telling 'the Hardy Boys' of his many highs with the WWF. He discusses all three of his alter egos (Cactus Jack, Dude Love and Mankind) he also talks of his friendship with Terry Funk. There are highlights of, his first appearence as Cactus Jack in the WWF against Triple H, his first appearence as Dude Love, his Falls count anywhere match against Terry Funk and of course the infamous 'Hell in the cell' match against The Undertaker. The only reason why i didn't give The three faces of Foley 5 stars is because there was no footage of his Death matches in Japan. But don't let this put you off it is a superb video and well worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is a great video., September 20, 1999

This is a great video, I definetly suggest it to any wrestling fan. The legend Terry Funk Challenges Foley to a Falls count anywhere match. Undertaker fights Mick in possibly the greatest WWF match ever. Foley gets thrown from the cage through a table. The parametics lay him on a stretcher but he gets off it and climbs up the cage again, and this time he is thrown through the roof of the cage down to the mat with a chair on him and the chair knocks his tooth out and it ends up in his nose. Also Foley get thrown on to a pile of thumtacks....TWICE......You just have to see it to belive it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Remembering a Legend, June 23, 2000
This review is from: WWF: Three Faces of Foley [VHS] (VHS Tape)
"Three Faces of Foley" is the best WWF Superstarvideo that they have come out with to date. If you are a Mick Foleyfan, or perhaps a newcomer to the world of Pro Wrestling, then you should check this tape out. It features Foley out of character chatting w/ Matt + Jeff Hardy before they came into their own in the WWF. Foley shows clips of his notorious backyard wrestling days, and the tape includes highlights from his wildest WWF matches. Among them Cactus Jack's return vs. HHH in '97, vs. Terry Funk in '98 and of course, Hell in the Cell vs. the Undertaker. It also features the captivating interviews with Jim Ross which redefined the Mankind character. This tape is the perfect way to remember the career of Mick Foley.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good video, not enough wrestling, April 7, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: Three Faces of Foley [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The Three Faces of Foley was a great look at the mind of Mick Foley, his three in-ring personalities, his friendship with Terry Funk, and of course the Hell in a Cell match of 1998. However, if you are looking for a video that highlights the wrestling career of Mick Foley, look elsewhere. This video had three matches in it. The hell in a cell, a no holds barred match with the Funker, and a falls count anywhere with HHH. It included some briefs clips of matches as Dude Love and Mankind. I would have given this video a definite five stars if there were more highlights. However, after watching this video, I definitely gained a great deal of respect for Mick Foley, the greatest of all time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Three faces of Foley, January 25, 2000

This review is from: WWF: Three Faces of Foley [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is an outstading video of Mick Foley, the Hardcore Legend. The in-depth personalities of Foley are portrayed very well, from Mankind's early days and his teenage dreams to near present day with the amazing Hell in a Cell match. This tape and his autobiography would be an excellent selection as a gift for any Foley fan. I without a doubt give this item 10 stars, but the ratings only go to 5.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best of the recent WWF tapes, December 2, 1998
This review is from: WWF: Three Faces of Foley [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This tape was a great suprise and a refreshing change from the Stone Cold silliness of other WWF tapes. Foley esentially shoots for the entire tape, talking about his friendship with Terry Funk and giving a blow-by-blow description of his now imfamous Hell in the Cell match with the Undertaker. Every wrestling fan who has fantasized about stepping into the squared-circle can identify with Foley. If you are going to buy one WWF this year, this is the one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Foley Is Fun!, June 22, 2001
This review is from: WWF: Three Faces of Foley [VHS] (VHS Tape)
this is a very nicely done video of Dude Love, Cactus Jack, and Mankind. the interview with JR is funny too when Mankind gives him the Mandible Claw and pretends it wasnt him. if youre bored and feeling pity of you unmeaningly exicstence then take a small bit of humpferd of believing that somewhere out there in this crazy mixed-up universe of ours there's still a little but cool video called Three Faces of Foley
