4.0 out of 5 stars The war broadcasts are always excellent, February 21, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: WWII Radio Broadcast April 13 & June 15, 1944 (Audio CD)
The review here is fairly simple to write: Bing Crosby's WWII broadcasts were always superb entertainment. If you love the singing as well as the humor of Bing, you will want this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful!, March 26, 2005
This review is from: WWII Radio Broadcast April 13 & June 15, 1944 (Audio CD)
I've always loved it when Bing and Bob Hope get together! They did a great job on this album! Tracts like 'Its Love, Love, Love'
and 'Put it There Pal' are mostly talking, but they are so hilarious that they alone are worth the price of the whole CD!
You do have to see some of their movies to understand what they are saying. The sound is wonderful. It sounds like it was recorded in 1985 instead of 1944! Would recomend this album to any Bing Crosby fan or anyone who wants good music and a good laugh!
