Disappointed to say the least
on January 7, 2015
The tablet is great. It's a nice, large size, decent but comfortable weight, and I like the size of the drawing area though it's much smaller than the Bamboo Pen I owned prior to it.
All of this, for me, is overshadowed by the fact that I haven't gotten the chance to draw with it yet because as it turns out the Tablet is NOT wireless like I thought it was originally (though re-reading the listing, I'm not sure why I ever thought it was). I was looking, specifically, for a wireless tablet due to my computer setup, but it wouldn't necessarily have been an issue that it was a wired tablet if it weren't for the fact that the connection cable they give you is far, far, far too short. Whoever thought that length would work has apparently only ever used a laptop or traditional art set up and nothing like mine, apparently. Again, though, that wouldn't be a terrible problem because Wacom sells Wireless accessory kits for another $40 (a rip off, if you ask me).... Except this particular tablet is apparently not compatible with them.
So now I'm stuck with a nice tablet that I can't use... But it's a nice Tablet, and a good tablet, so I'm going to give it at least 3 stars even though Wacom is ridiculous.
