5.0 out of 5 stars Who needs a mouse, get a tablet!
First of all, I love my Wacom tablet. This item, the Graphire3 Replacement Pen, is for the wired version I believe, so the previous reviewer is incorrect in saying this item sux.

The pen and tablet work well together. I find the pen very comfortable and sensitive to the pressure I apply (extremely helpful for when I illustrate/edit images, sometimes for hours)...

2.0 out of 5 stars awful quality control of this product.
I have both a wired tablet and this recent purchase of a wireless tablet. It sucks! The battery life has continually gone down since the first day i bought it and will barely hold a charge for more than an hour. The pen has been replaced twice and overall it just sucks. I hate it- dont buy it!

First of all, I love my Wacom tablet. This item, the Graphire3 Replacement Pen, is for the wired version I believe, so the previous reviewer is incorrect in saying this item sux.

The pen and tablet work well together. I find the pen very comfortable and sensitive to the pressure I apply (extremely helpful for when I illustrate/edit images, sometimes for hours). Though, like doing anything for a while, like writing, my hand gets tired. I don't blame it on the pen though.

I like how well the side-click button is positioned on the pen. I use it often since I have it configured to replace my right-click and double-click. On the other hand I haven't figured out what to use the fat end of the pen for. Besides that, I recommend the stylus.

I've had mine for 2.5 years and it's still going. There is a little color wearing on the plastic, so I purchased a backup pen just in case (hence my review on the replacement pen) but I haven't switched yet. The original pen that I got, when I first purchased the tablet, is still going.

Once you go tablet you can never go back to a mouse, it's not the same.

It works... not much more to say other than it worked, and my old pen didn't.
