5.0 out of 5 stars Beware
I ordered this pen to use with my older Wacom graphics tablet. It has so many amazing features. Unfortunately, it wouldn't work with my older model so I had to return it. If you have an older tablet, be sure to order an older model pen (without all the great new features) or it won't work.

3.0 out of 5 stars Wacom Intuos3 pen
The newer Intuos3 pens are much lighter than the older Intuos2, the multifunction button is also much sturdier and the lower profile eraser is a much better design. I can't live without my tablet and the pens have come a long way. It's also good to get an extra if you are a power user.

My seven year old intuos 3 has seen better days. Earlier this year I started having issues with the pen's tracking and a few months ago it finally stopped working. I was going to replace the entire thing with a new unit. But $400 is a bit steep for a new tablet, so I opted for buying a new stylus and hoping for the best. I'm so glad I did, my old intuos is like new again. The ergonomic design makes for a very comfortable feel in my hand. Not to mention tons of pressure sensitivity. $70 is a small price to pay to breathe new life into my old tablet.

Wish it wasn't so expensive and hard to find but I guess you gotta pay for great product. My other pen took a dump and purchased this one. It has been working like a champ ever since.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wacom is Wacom at 100%, July 10, 2011

The only reason why a new pen had to be bought was because of a black-tea spill accident. As long as the insides are not juiced, expect the pen to last. Wacom is genuine from the years of experience with their Intuos line.

I needed to get a new pen because I had worn out my last one to the core.
It is pricey, but it brings replacement nibs including
3 standard nibs
one stroke nib
one felt nib
The felt is my favorite! makes you feel like you're drawing on paper.

Very much so worth the money if you already own an intuos3 tablet
and don't want to spend an extra 200-400 bucks to get an intuos4

4.0 out of 5 stars I <3 Wacom, June 5, 2009

For a basic tablet stylus, this is really great. Just wish that button didn't get in the way all the time. I end up having to disable it, but it's probably because I hold pens weird.

5.0 out of 5 stars my dog ate it, December 13, 2009

Excelent product. I'm a freelance photographer and designer, and I'm using the wacom tablet for image post production in photoshop and designing in Illustrator. Great tool. Didn't think I could live without it, until my dog ate it. Two of them, actually. The first came with the tablet itself, and the second my dog ate it just two weeks after I purchased it on AMazon. Thought it would be interestinf to share the story. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did... :p

I lost the pen to my Intuos tablet, it was still useful with the mouse, but limited. The replacement pen works great. I do wish they had one pen that worked on all tablets instead of different pen for each model. but love my tablets.

Needed to replace this pen, and got exactly what I needed. It is great for someone dedicated to art :)
