I got this set to go with the butter dish I already have from this company. The craftsmanship is good. The butter dish was very thick and heavy, not so much these two, but that's alright with me. We use all three every day. I look forward to purchasing the whole set eventually. Made in Germany is better than Made in China.

To use on a dinner table, I like a bigger creamer and sugar. These would be perfect for tea or coffee for two or three guests. I wish, in the ad, that they had told how much these hold.
