I purchased this inverter to keep in my truck when traveling. It's come in handy on several trips now, so I'm glad I got it despite initially not being sure I was ever really going to need it.

This unit is smaller than I thought, which was a nice surprise. I've used it to charge my phone during my commute, when I failed to otherwise charge it at home and it does the job as advertised and does it well.
I chose this unit for its overload and surge protection. Two outlets and one USB port are certainly nice features as well! No need to buy a car charger for your phone if you can simply use the inverter and charge using the standard charger which came with your phone. You can bet this will make my emergency kit. |
