This product worked okay probably for the first two uses. Even then it was difficult to remove from outlet in my car. Now for the "GOOD" part, the end that goes into the outlet kept falling apart and I kept putting it back together. One day, I unplugged it, it fell apart and the spring from the inside flew into the air and landed somewhere in my friend's car. That was the end of the inverter (which was more like a puzzle because I had to keep putting it back together). I only used it about 6 times.

This product showed up on time for us to take on our camping trip. I had originally purchased for the use of blowing up mattresses during our camping trip, however, this inverter is not rated for such use. I should have done more research! We did use the inverter to charge phones/games and it worked like a charm.
