I have bought 3 of these (one for myself, 2 I've given to family as presents) over the past year because they work so well. It's simple to program, simple to use, and the voice quality is high enough that people on the other end of the phone line are not able to tell that you are using a speakerphone. Also, the battery life on the product is incredible. I've had to charge it only about 5 times since buying the first one in January. That's with daily use of at least 20min each day. I bought the first 2 of these at a local Target store, Target no longer seems to carry the item so that's why I bought the last gift one from Amazon.

Making the connection between a bluetooth enabled phone and this speakerphone on a daily basis simply requires holding the power button and waiting for the speakerphone to announce: "phone is ready for use".

I can not drive with out this device any more. I have not had any problems what so ever!

I am dissapointed with the product for the following reason. The back plastic cover for the battery compartment is defective. It does not seat properly and I have been forced to use a piece of tape to hold the battery in place. I elected to not return the item because I destroyed the packaging when I opened it and did not want to go thru the trouble of relacing it. I will use the product a is.

I purchased these hands free sets for my whole family for Christmas. They work well. I found the phone book to be very difficult to set up (actually gave up on it), but all other functions are easy to use.

I find this to be a much better alternative to an ear piece blue tooth.

This hands-free works great. As soon as you charge it and turn it on, it recognizes all contacts by voice command. I bought one for my car, loved it and gave two as gifts.

I purchased this product for myself - and liked it so much also purchased it for my husband for Father's Day. Have recommended it to several other people. Didn't want an earpiece bluetooth, nor one that hooks onto the steering wheel. This device is perfect. Just link it with your cell phone (easy to do), hook it onto the sun visor - and you're good to go. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't tell you (or I haven't figured it out yet) when to charge the battery, although a battery charge lasts for weeks and weeks it seems.

Product connected easy but sound quality is not good it is obvious she is not on the handset. And my wife has to almost yell to be heard at times.

I read all the reviews before I purchased this unit, so I knew that it might not work with all phones but it does work with our Motorola flip phone. I researched the Wegan website for a list of equipment it works with and could find nothing. A list of compatible equipment is not listed in the manual either. The unit is not user friendly and you must have the manual in order to set it up. If you follow the directions in the manual it works great. It seems to hold a charge well - the manual indicates 600 hours and it turns off when not in use. So that means you have to turn it on to use it. I don't think this is a problem at all. My husband loves it.

This is the 4th bluetooth device I've tried in my car. I can't say its any better, but not any worse than the others.

you can stumble through a conversation, but it was my experience that after three or four "huh's or could you repeat that's" that I would give up and revert to my handset to complete the converasation. Very frustrating...hopefully the technology will soon catch up to the law and give us a reliable option for talking on the road.

I bought this for use in my truck. It paired easily with my LG, and uploaded the contact list without a problem. I haven't had to recharge it in 4 weeks but I don't use it a whole lot. I got one for my dad and he also likes it. It picks up our voices well with only an occasional echo. My brother got one for his wife upon my recommendation and it wouldn't pick up her voice very well at all, yet it did my brothers voice - ie. it picks up a mans voice just fine but questionable for the higher pitched woman's voice. Overall, I am happy with it but it is nowhere near the quality of the integrated bluetooth phone through the car stereo that I have in my BMW. So, I would recommend to you the BMW first and the Wagan second!!
