I bought this cushion a month ago and I have used this massage cushion everyday. The massage makes my back feel so much better. Since it has both AC and DC adapters I can use it during my morning drive to work, then later in the office. It's not heavy at all so it's easy to bring wherever I go. A few coworkers tried using it and they liked it so much they will buy one too. Would definitely purchase this item again.

I decided to write this review after a very good customer service experience with the manufacturer. This product is not top of the line but functions as advertised and overall is of good use and value. I did however encounter an issue shortly after purchase with the dc car adaptor provided. I called the manufacturer and was able to speak with a live customer service rep. He was polite, helpful, asked if I would email him my receipt and promptly sent a replacement adaptor. That type of response is becoming very hard to find
