This works great for a few months but then it seems to just stop doing what it was designed to do- almost as if it gets full of the negative ions. I felt as though it worked really well for a few months in my compact car and as though my car smelled cleaner and fresh for those few months. My dad tried it for a week in his suburban and it did not really do much for the whole car because of how small it is, but it worked great in my smaller car. If you purchase with that expectation, I think it is fine and certainly does its job. However, don't expect it to be the last of its kind that you purchase for your vehicle as it does not seem to be built for longevity.
