Not your usual consulting marketing book

Most books by consultants are meant for marketing purposes, filled with vague generalities and cliche solutions.This book is different. Using a clear and straightforward diagnostic framework the authors explain how, where and why excess complexity is damaging your organization. The framework is followed up with a very detailed set of solutions for each kind of problem. This approach allows a quick identification of symptom and cure, without enduring three days of Systems Thinking training.
I am using the lessons and advice from this book with my current client. I intend to use the framework and solutions with new clients going forward.
