I used the WallMagic RagRollers. I couldn't believe how easy it was and how professional the results. I highly recommend practicing on extra drywall or behind the fridge until you get the effect that you like. Corners and edges are tricky and have to be done by hand. It was well worth the effort and I love the results.

This is a good product, and it gives good results. I have found it to be simpler/easier and produces better results than every other faux finish product/technique I've tried. However, it does take some practice and some effort.

The rollers fit tightly side-to-side in the tray. That results in uneven paint pick-up/coverage across the width of the roller. The way I got around this is to pour a smaller amount of paint into the tray and make sure it stays in the middle. The result is the edges of of the rollers aren't noticeable on the wall, and it looks more natural and blended.

I tried both regular rollers and marbled (Tuscan) rollers. I had better results with the regular rollers, and you can get those inexpensively at any paint store.

The instruction disc that came with the set is helpful since you can see some demonstrations, but practice is still necessary to know how much paint to get on the rollers, how much pressure to apply, and the best combination of stroke length and angles.

I first discovered the WallMagic kit about 10+ years ago. We have built 3 houses and have painted them ourselves. I LOVE the WallMagic kit!!! It is super easy to use and gives a beautiful marbled finish. I am a very detail oriented person (perfectionist) and the WallMagic kit produces outstanding results. I frequently get comments on the beauty of the walls. Most people think it is wallpaper, because it looks so professionally done. My only advice is don't go over the same area too much or you lose the marble effect. I like it better than other similiar products on the market today. My only problem with it was that no stores in my area carry it anymore. WHY? Thank goodness I found it on Amazon. I was getting poor results from other products, but the WallMagic kit arrived a couple of weeks ago and saved the day!

This is a fantastic item. I ordered it with the marble and braid rollers. I used the marble rollers. I mixed my two paint colors with Behr's faux glaze. The job came out great. Looks just like marble. Beautiful. The glaze helps by keeping the paint "wet", prolonging the drying time and allowing you more time to work and perfect the look that you want. I'm very pleased. Even after receiving the braid rollers, I still can't envision what the finished appearance will look like.

Flimsy frame, broke in half before the room was finished using regular (not thick) paint!

It works fairly well. The paint tray doesn't hold very much paint but other than that, it's on ok product. Would be better if it came with roller covers.

I love Wall Magic! I had used it several years ago and couldn't find it in stores any longer. The easiest ways to faux glaze your walls. Item arrived promptly.

Friends comment that our walls look like they've been done with wallpaper..compliment? We like it!

I have had this item sitting on a shelf waiting for me to use it for months so it is too late to return it or request a refund but I certainly would if I could. I had a lot of square feet to cover when I used this product. I had one 8 foot wall done and moved to the next. I was only about 6 feet along when the handle just snapped right off! It is metal so it isn't something I could pop back on - it was just broken off and that was that. What to do?! I had no choice but to finish the room (VERY large room) by rolling the end piece by hand! The effect was the same but the work was SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT! Also, the tray that holds the paint has a divider for the colors that is only about 3/4" deep - what's up with THAT?! I remember using this product years ago when it was all the rage and it seemed to be a much better product then. I wouldn't have used this technique at all (it's a bit dated) but I am going for a Tuscan decor in my home. I wouldn't recommend this product.

the roller worked great for about 2 hours of use but the handle could not take the workload and snapper.
